We grind impact shear blades, shredder blades, chopper blades, blades for ice processing machines and much more – precisely and reliably up to a size of 3,000 x 200 x 100 mm (L x W x H).
Our surface grinding machine with a processing size of 650 x 350 mm ensures the highest grinding quality, ideal for cylinder heads and other precision components.

If no drawings of the defective parts are available, our design specialists will immediately create replacement drawings based on the removed parts. They use their experience and state-of-the-art CAD software to develop precise and perfectly fitting replacement parts.
We then either manufacture the required replacement parts ourselves in our workshop or procure them quickly and reliably from our trusted suppliers.
