Matec 30 HV

The machine concept of the MATEC 30HV is based on the proven MATEC 30L long bed machine and has been further developed specifically for demanding machining tasks. The machine is equipped with a powerful swivel head, which allows for high flexibility in machining. A CNC-controlled rotary table in combination with the swivel head allows precise 5-sided machining as well as complex 3D machining of a wide variety of workpieces. This equipment opens up a wide range of possibilities for the production of complex components while increasing efficiency in the machining process.

The generously dimensioned X-axis allows even very long workpieces to be machined, while the head, which can be swivelled 105° to both sides, enables multi-sided machining in a single work cycle. This is particularly advantageous when machining long profiles or shafts – even with multiple clamping, the machining quality remains at the highest level. The MATEC 30HV thus offers the ideal conditions for precise, economical and flexible manufacturing solutions in the field of modern mechanical engineering.
